Hi, I’m Ella.

So how did I end up here?
Like many of the women I now support, I spent years feeling out of sync with my body — tired, bloated, anxious — and unsure where to turn for real answers. It was frustrating and lonely trying to piece it all together.

Then came a turning point.

I decided I couldn’t keep pushing through. I became my own health advocate, dove into study and research, and started asking better questions — for myself, and eventually, for others.

That path led me to study health coaching and fitness, followed by university degrees in nutrition science and clinical nutrition — all rooted in the science I now use every day to support my clients.

These days, my work is all about helping women like you break free from the cycle of confusion and exhaustion. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re doing everything “right” but not seeing results — and I also know how powerful it is when you find a way that actually works for you.

My approach is simple: no fad diets, no rigid rules. Just personalised, evidence-based support that helps you feel more at home in your body.
